Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CCTV Technician located in the Gurgaon Delhi NCR Area. The CCTV Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV systems. Additional responsibilities include diagnosing system malfunctions, performing routine inspections, and ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally. The candidate will also interact with clients to provide professional customer service and educate them about system usage and best practices while adhering to safety standards and protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CCTV installation and system setup
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Awareness of hazardous materials and ability to follow safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
- Experience with other security and networking systems is a plus
- Certifications in electronics or relevant technical disciplines preferred
- Prior hands-on experience as a CCTV Technician or similar role is an advantage
