Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CCTV Technician based in West Bengal, India. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV systems, ensuring proper functioning and addressing any malfunctions. The technician will also be responsible for working with clients to diagnose and resolve security system issues, adhering to safety protocols, and documenting maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CCTV Installation and Troubleshooting
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients professionally
- Understanding and adherence to safety protocols and handling Hazardous Materials when required
- Detail-oriented with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently
- Relevant certifications in security systems or technical maintenance are an advantage
- Previous experience in CCTV installation and maintenance in a professional setting is preferred
