Role Description
We are seeking a full-time CCTV Technician to join our team in Gurugram for an on-site role. The technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV systems and ensuring they meet client requirements. Daily tasks include conducting site inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to safety standards while working with equipment. The role requires hands-on expertise and effective communication to deliver superior smart security solutions that meet the highest standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CCTV installation and configuration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Understanding of safe handling and use of hazardous materials
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a physical and technical role
- Knowledge of networking and system integration is a plus
- Relevant technical certification or a diploma in electronics, electrical, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the home automation or similar technology sectors is advantageous
