🚨 We're Hiring | CCTV Monitoring Technicians 📍 Hosur, Tamil Nadu
Sarbajira Software Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its operations and is looking for dedicated professionals to join our CCTV Monitoring team.
Open Positions
✅ 3 Positions – CCTV Monitoring Technician (0–1 Year Experience)
✅ 1 Position – CCTV Monitoring Technician (2–3 Years Experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and multiple camera feeds.
- Detect, track, and report security incidents or suspicious activities.
- Perform playback, recording, and footage retrieval when required.
- Identify camera failures, blind spots, and video quality issues.
- Coordinate with the security team during incidents and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate monitoring logs and incident reports.
- Follow security protocols and ensure confidentiality of surveillance footage.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of CCTV systems (Dome, Bullet, PTZ, IP Cameras).
- Knowledge of DVR/NVR systems and Video Management Systems (VMS).
- Basic networking knowledge (IP Addressing, LAN/WAN, PoE).
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong observation skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
