🔍 Job Overview
We are hiring a CCTV & ELV Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Access Control Systems. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, customer-focused, and comfortable with site-based work across Chennai and nearby districts in Tamil Nadu.
Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Tamil Nadu and willing to travel for site work.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning
- Install, configure, test, and commission CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Access Control systems.
- Ensure systems meet project specifications and industry standards.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
System Integration
- Integrate ELV systems with monitoring platforms, alarm systems, or BMS when required.
Customer Support & Training
- Provide on-site technical support and attend service calls.
- Train end-users on system operation and basic maintenance.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain installation and service records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Emergency Support
- Attend urgent breakdowns, especially for fire alarm systems.
🎓 Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- Experience: 1–3 years in CCTV & ELV systems (Fire Alarm experience preferred)
- Technical Skills:
- IP CCTV Cameras, DVR/NVR
- Fire Alarm Panels & Detectors
- Access Control Systems (Biometric, Card Readers)
- Basic Networking & Configuration
- Electrical Knowledge: Wiring, power systems, safety standards
- Soft Skills: Good communication & problem-solving ability
- Driving License: Preferred (site travel required)
