Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled CCTV & ELV Systems Engineer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Access Control Systems. The candidate should be technically sound, customer-focused, and capable of handling site-based responsibilities efficiently. This role offers growth opportunities in the fast-growing security and ELV industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Commissioning
- Install, configure, test, and commission CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Access Control systems as per project requirements and industry standards.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and diagnose system faults.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues to ensure uninterrupted system operation.
System Integration
- Integrate ELV systems with monitoring platforms, alarm systems, or building management systems when required.
Customer Support & Training
- Provide on-site technical support and respond to service calls.
- Train end-users on system operation, basic maintenance, and safety practices.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service visits, fault reports, and corrective actions.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Emergency Response
- Attend urgent breakdown calls and provide timely support, especially for critical systems such as fire alarms.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in CCTV and ELV system installation and servicing.
- Technical Skills:
- IP CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR
- Fire alarm panels and detectors
- Access control systems (biometric, card readers, controllers)
- Basic networking and system configuration
- Electrical Knowledge: Understanding of wiring, power systems, and safety standards.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Driver’s License: Preferred, as site travel is required.
