Role Description
As a CCTV and Networking Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems and network equipment. Day-to-day tasks include installing cables, testing system functionality, ensuring network connectivity, and providing technical support to clients. You will collaborate with team members to design and implement customized solutions tailored to client requirements. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dadri, with the flexibility for occasional work-from-home opportunities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in CCTV system installation, wiring, repair, and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles, including configuring routers, switches, and network troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software malfunctions related to surveillance and networking equipment.
- Basic understanding of access control systems and ELV technologies is an added advantage.
- Good project management and time management skills for coordinating installations and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or certification in Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and availability for occasional flexible, on-call tasks.
