About The Role
We are seeking talented professionals to join our
Workday Integration team, specializing in
CCTPP (Cloud Connect for Third-Party Payroll) with
PECI/PICOF expertise. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting integrations that connect Workday with external payroll vendors, ensuring seamless HR and payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations using PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and PICOF (Payroll Input Cloud Connector).
- Implement and support Cloud Connect for Third-Party Payroll (CCTPP) solutions.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations and workflows.
- Drive innovation by exploring new Workday integration tools and best practices.
Desired Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Workday Integration tools: Studio, Core Connectors, EIB.
- Strong knowledge of PECI/PICOF and CCTPP for third-party payroll vendors.
- Proficiency in XSLT, XML, and Document Transformation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
