We are looking for passionate and committed teachers to join our institution. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering concept-based learning, engaging students actively, and contributing to the overall development of children in line with CBSE standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver interactive, concept-based lessons as per the CBSE curriculum
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids regularly
- Use activity-based and experiential learning methods
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and observations
- Maintain records of student progress, attendance, and behavior
- Manage the classroom effectively and ensure discipline with a positive approach
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development
- Participate in school events, training programs, and meetings
- Collaborate with other teachers for academic planning and improvements
- Encourage students’ creativity, critical thinking, and communication skills
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject (B.Ed preferred)
- Experience in CBSE / reputed school preferred
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
- Good communication skills (English mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of technology (Smart boards, presentations, etc.)
