Tableau Developer Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tableau Developer Intern to join our team. As a Tableau Developer Intern, you will work on designing, building, and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from data analysis and visualization to business intelligence and reporting, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities: - Design and develop data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data visualization requirements - Participate in data analysis and visualization projects to identify trends and insights - Develop and maintain data models and data sources to support data visualizations - Troubleshoot and debug issues with data visualizations and dashboards - Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in Tableau - Participate in Agile development methodologies and follow Scrum principles - Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data visualizations that meet their needs Requirements: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Proficiency in Tableau and experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools - Familiarity with data analysis and data modeling concepts - Basic understanding of Agile development methodologies and Scrum principles - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and teamwork skills Nice to Have: - Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools such as SQL Server, Oracle, or Amazon Redshift - Familiarity with data science and machine learning concepts - Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. PyUnit, JUnit) - Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) - Certification in Tableau Developer Associate or higher
