About the role
A Property Analyst is responsible for property management activities such as preparation of various reports, system updates, building insurance, lease management, billing, and accounts payable. He / she responsible for end-to-end process coordination.
What You'll Do:
Participate in the due diligence process for property transactions.
Review legal documents such as leases, contracts, and zoning laws.
Dealing with rates for all void properties – logged onto system, check addresses, and liaise with Surveyors to ensure void funding to get them paid in instalments
Update systems with changes, such as off or on boarding properties
Maintaining in house database/spreadsheets/trackers
Insurance: support on claims admin administration (chasing Building Manager's and Surveyors to obtain quotes) and updating renewal spreadsheets.
Responsible for query handing, mailbox management.
Ensure that reports are clear, concise, and tailored to the audience's needs.
Responsible for uploading new leases, renewals and tenant deposits.
Raising the Purchase Orders, Coding the invoices
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience. Accounts payable and insurance will be considered.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Experience in building relationships with key business stakeholders
Attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
Good knowledge on MS Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Task oriented and self-motivated, with ability to prioritise issues
Knowledge of real estate markets, legal aspects, and regulations. would be advantageous
Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
