Use machine learning and statistical techniques to build and improve complex models that drive business value. Work closely with other engineers, data scientists, and product managers to identify opportunities to apply machine learning to solve key business problems. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop technical solutions, and deliver high-quality, production-ready machine learning models. Participate in all phases of the machine learning lifecycle, including data exploration, feature engineering, model development, testing, and deployment. Continuously monitor and iterate on models to improve performance and impact. Share knowledge, mentor junior team members, and help build a strong machine learning practice.
