Facility operations are coordinated by working with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams. Smooth onboarding and offboarding are facilitated for tenants. Regular communication is maintained, and reports are prepared about tenant satisfaction and facility performance. Engagement activities and events are organized for tenants. Compliance with policies is ensured, and a safe environment is maintained. Feedback is collected, and improvements are implemented. Tenant issues are identified and resolved promptly to prevent disruptions. SLAs are managed, and compliance with tenant requirements is ensured. Orientation is provided to tenants regarding facility services, policies, and procedures. The front desk is looked after. Guests are welcomed. The office is managed. Work is done with other teams to help guests. When guests have problems, they are heard and fixed fast. Things in the office are counted. Repairs are checked. The office is watched.
