Internship Overview
Our Summer Internship Scheme is 4 weeks long and takes place in August 2025.
While gaining real-world experience and subsequently building a network of professional contacts, the programme's supportive training schedule will ensure you accelerate. You will also gain an insight into how we support our clients and this will allow you to develop your knowledge of planning within the real estate sector.
This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in planning processes, regulatory frameworks, and strategic development projects. You will work closely with experienced planners and real estate professionals, contributing to impactful projects that shape the built environment.
Person Specification/Requirements
A forward-thinking and enthusiastic individual with a passion for real estate & the built-environment
Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic and proactive with a positive attitude
Attention to detail, accuracy and good time management
Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
The successful candidate must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK.
You must be in your 2nd or penultimate year of your undergraduate degree
