Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a CBM (Coal Bed Methane) Specialist located in Shahdol, with the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements. The role will involve overseeing and managing CBM projects, including monitoring and optimizing production processes, ensuring compliance with industry safety and environmental standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include data analysis, troubleshooting operational issues, and implementing effective strategies to maximize output and efficiency. Collaboration and regular reporting will be essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CBM operations, production optimization, and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to support decision-making
- Knowledge of industry safety protocols and environmental compliance standards
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and operational efficiency in challenging scenarios
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Earth Sciences, or a related field
- Previous experience in CBM or similar roles within the oil and gas industry is highly desirable
- Familiarity with advanced CBM technologies and software tools is advantageous
