Role Description
This full-time, on-site Cluster Business Head (CBH) role is based in Moradabad. The CBH will oversee business operations and lead a team to meet sales and operational targets within the assigned region. Responsibilities include managing branch performance, developing and implementing strategic plans, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving business growth. The role involves team management, providing mentorship, and monitoring branch productivity while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

- Strong sales and business development acumen, with knowledge of regional markets and customer acquisition strategies.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle operational and managerial challenges.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and sound decision-making abilities.
