Global Controller

The Global Controller is responsible for leading the global finance function and ensuring the overall financial health and performance of CRS. This includes overseeing the global finance team, ensuring appropriate internal controls are in place, and providing financial leadership and strategic guidance to the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the global finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance. - Ensure strong internal controls and financial processes are in place and followed across the organization. - Provide financial analysis and strategic guidance to senior leadership to support decision-making. - Lead the global finance team and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
