Description
Star of the Sea Catholic School is seeking a Cafeteria Assistant. The Cafeteria Assistant’s primary objective is to ensure the efficient distribution of lunches to students and staff, and to maintain a clean cafeteria space.
RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS
- Help with the distribution of daily lunches.
- Check off lunch orders as students pick up lunches in the lunch line during each lunch shift.
- Help teachers monitor the lunchroom when not working the lunch line.
- Maintain a positive relationship with students, parents, and teachers within the school community.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the cafeteria.
- Other duties as assigned
WORKING CONDITIONS
Part Time, 10:45 am - 1:15 pm on school days. Occasional opportunities to work during special events outside of these hours.
