Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Cathode Development Scientist specializing in zinc batteries. The role is based in Delhi, India. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting and optimizing laboratory experiments, overseeing cathode material research, and developing advanced energy storage technologies. The individual will ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices, analyze data to enhance product performance, document experimental results, and contribute to the company’s research and development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Relevant academic background, preferably a Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields
- Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and innovation in energy storage technologies
- Knowledge of cathode development with a mastery in nickel hydroxide and/or layered double hydroxide based cathodes for next generation energy storage
- Experience in zinc-based battery systems or related fields preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
