Description
Responsible for overall agency maintenance and general upkeep for agency facilities, grounds, vehicles, horse arena, and any associated properties or structures.
Requirements
Essential Functions:
- Maintenance and general upkeep for agency facilities, grounds, and associated properties or structures.
- Assist the Maintenance Coordinator with agency-wide training regarding facilities maintenance, vehicle safety, and general safety requirements.
- Performs tasks associated with all agency facilities, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and groundskeeping.
- Maintenance of agency fire suppression systems.
- Maintenance and general upkeep of all agency vehicles, water, and sewer lines.
- Organizes and maintains maintenance facility in a safe, organized, and presentable appearance.
- Safely manages and operates all tools and equipment for the maintenance activity performed.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 21 years of age at the time of hire.
- Driving record of no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in any combination in the past three years and no major moving violations within the past three years.
- Clear background and child abuse registry checks.
- A minimum of 2 years experience related to property, building, structural, ground and landscaping, and vehicle maintenance.
- Knowledge and application of tools associated with trade.
