Urgent opening for service engineers
Position: Service Engineer
Locations: Indore, Secunderabad, and Guwahati
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Key Responsibilities
· Install, commission, and service radiology equipment at customer sites.
· Perform preventive maintenance and attend breakdown calls to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
· Deliver technical support and basic operational training to customers when required.
· Coordinate with internal teams for service planning, spare parts, and technical escalations.
· Maintain accurate service reports, installation records, and other service-related documentation.
· Ensure adherence to company service standards and safety protocols.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering prompt and quality service.
· Travel extensively within the assigned territory to support customer requirements.
Candidate Requirements
· Experience:
o Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in servicing radiology equipment (experience with any radiology equipment brand is acceptable), or
o 3+ years of experience in servicing critical care equipment, with a willingness to transition into radiology equipment.
· Strong technical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
· Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
· Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
Educational Qualification (Mandatory)
· Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering, or
· B.Tech./B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering, or
· B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical-related disciplines.
