SENIOR CREDIT ANALYST

We are proud to announce the opportunity for a SENIOR CREDIT ANALYST to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the following: • Perform detailed credit analysis and assessments of customers and dealers • Monitor and manage credit exposure, limit utilization and debt servicing capabilities • Identify and assess credit risks and opportunities across the customer/dealer portfolio • Participate in credit policy and program development • Recommend appropriate credit structures and terms • Effectively communicate credit decisions and rationale to all stakeholders • Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis to support credit recommendations • Contribute to initiatives focused on improving the overall credit process and performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you will need: • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field • 5-8 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, commercial lending or financial services • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
