Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Catering Sales Manager based in Indore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing catering sales to achieve business objectives, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include developing and nurturing customer partnerships, planning catering events, coordinating with the food and beverage team, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance client experiences. You will work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional catering services tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Catering Sales and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong skills in Event Planning and Food & Beverage operations
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Indore
- Problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering high-quality service
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience in the catering or hospitality industry is highly advantageous
