- Job Description: Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Catering & Cloud Kitchen Operations

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and responsible COO – Catering Operations who can take complete ownership of our catering and cloud kitchen business. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end operations, drive growth, and ensure smooth execution of bulk orders, events, and daily kitchen functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of catering operations (B2B & bulk orders)
- Handle end-to-end execution – from client onboarding to final delivery
- Manage vendor sourcing, procurement, and inventory
- Oversee kitchen operations, staff, and production planning
- Ensure quality control, hygiene, and timely delivery
- Develop and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate with sales & marketing teams to drive catering revenue
- Handle client communication, customization, and escalations
- Plan and execute large-scale events & corporate orders
- Monitor costing, pricing, and profitability
- Build and lead a high-performance operations team
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in catering / cloud kitchen / QSR operations
- Proven ability to handle bulk & event catering
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain & vendor management
- Ability to handle pressure and take ownership
- Experience in process setup & scaling operations
- Good communication & client handling skills
- Business mindset with focus on growth and efficiency
Experience Required
- 5–10+ years in catering, hospitality, or cloud kitchen operations
- Prior experience in a leadership role (Operations Head / GM / COO) preferred
