Company Description Home’s Kitchen is a unit of Theme Ambience Resorts & Hotels Pvt. Ltd., a hospitality and food business operating in Hyderabad for over 15 years. The company offers a one-stop solution for diverse food needs, including regular employee catering and event catering.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Catering Manager role based in the Hyderabad Area. The Catering Manager will oversee day-to-day catering operations, including planning menus, coordinating food preparation, and ensuring timely delivery and setup for corporate, social, and festival events. The role involves managing kitchen and service staff, maintaining quality and hygiene standards. The Catering Manager will work closely with clients to understand requirements, design catering solutions, and provide excellent customer service throughout each event.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, with a solid understanding of menu planning, portion control, and quality standards.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle client requests, and resolve issues professionally.
- Experience in team leadership, staff scheduling, and training within a hospitality or catering environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and best practices in kitchen and events.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Candidates should have minimum 3 yrs of work experience with a reputed events catering company.
