🚀 WE'RE HIRING | Sr. Vendor Manager – Private Brands @ Cocoblu
We exist to help brands soar online. 🌐
We're looking for a highly motivated end-to-end business owner to build and scale our ILM Private Brands business (PPMP) from the ground up.
🎯 You'll own the complete business journey:
Customer opportunity → Product development → Vendor onboarding → Quality & compliance → Cataloguing → Launch → Pricing & AMS → DF operations → Demand creation → Repeat orders → Scaling.
🔑 What you'll do:
✅ Spot customer trends & whitespaces; own product development & sourcing
✅ Onboard & develop vendors; drive quality (AQL, audits, first-time-right)
✅ Make products launch-ready with fast, accurate cataloguing
✅ Own pricing, AMS & demand-generation levers
✅ Manage DF operations, inventory, availability & replenishment
✅ Use data to scale winners and rationalize underperformers
✅ Build scalable mechanisms & automation
🧩 What we're looking for:
• Experience in Category/Business Management, Sourcing, Buying, Vendor Management, E-commerce, Retail or Private Brands
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills — turn data into decisions
• Hands-on with business metrics: GMS, DRR, ASP, In stock, CCOGS & profitability
• Strong cross-functional collaboration & execution
🎓 Education & Experience:
• Required Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) | NIFT / MFM / BF Tech (optional)
• 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce / Retail / Fashion.
• Exposure to private brands & PPMP (apparel & shoes) is essential, online experience of category management /manging private brands is a must.
