Category Manager
What does the team do?
The NEET SS Category Team at DailyRounds/Marrow is focused on building the next generation of career pathways for doctors. The team identifies real-world gaps in medical education and creates high-impact, career-oriented programs beyond traditional MBBS learning—spanning super-specialization, hospital administration, entrepreneurship, and emerging domains like AI in healthcare. By collaborating with top institutions and experts, the team owns the end-to-end growth of these programs—from ideation to scaling adoption.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify gaps, new opportunities, and upgrade existing course offerings
- Collaborate with partner institutes and universities for accreditation and strategic engagements
- Build and execute category growth strategies with full ownership
- Drive user acquisition while managing category profitability
- Plan and execute category strategy across pricing, channels, promotions, and product mix
- Develop sales enablement tools and train sales teams to effectively position programs
- Create detailed information resources to empower customer support teams
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (faculty, marketing, content) to deliver a high-quality learning experience
What We’re Looking For:
- MBBS graduate with a strong understanding of doctors' learning needs
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in strategy consulting or project management (healthcare preferred) is a plus
- A self-starter who thrives in building products from scratch
- High ownership mindset with a strong drive to create impact
