About the Role:
In this role, you will own the end-to-end growth, performance and customer experience of our credit products. Working closely with the founding and leadership team, you will operate in a fast-paced, early-stage environment - wearing multiple hats across product, risk, growth, partnerships and operations. You will be the key bridge between internal teams and external financial institutions to build, scale and optimize our consumer lending portfolio from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Business Growth: Own and scale key business metrics including user acquisition, conversion, activation, retention and revenue growth across lending products and customer segments.
- Optimize Customer Journeys: Map, analyze and continuously improve end-to-end customer journeys, onboarding funnels and product experiences to drive higher engagement and conversion rates.
- Lead GTM & Growth Initiatives: Design and execute go-to-market strategies, growth experiments, and targeted campaigns to expand customer reach and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Manage Strategic Partnerships: Build and strengthen relationships with external partners, financial institutions, and ecosystem stakeholders to enable seamless business operations and scalable integrations.
- Drive Ecosystem & Vendor Excellence: Identify, evaluate, and manage third-party platforms, technology providers, and operational partners to enhance customer experience, risk management, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. or MBA. from a Tier-1 institute
- 2–5 years of experience in Category Management / Product Operations in a fast-paced Ecommerce, Fintech or B2C ecosystem.. Proven track record in fast-paced, early-stage startups
- Expertise in Data & Analytics (Advanced Excel and SQL)
- Clear grasp of digital KYC, risk underwriting and B2C loan lifecycles
