We're Hiring — International Brands Manager | Home Textiles & Décor | Gurugram
F&F (Fabric & Furnishings) is a premium home textiles and décor company with two in-house brands and a curated portfolio of distributed international brands. We're looking for an experienced International Brands Manager to own our international wallpaper and fabric business across India.
The Role
You will be the commercial and operational owner of our international brand partnerships — driving revenue, managing dealer networks, and executing launch cycles. This is a field-facing role with direct revenue accountability.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue and gross margin targets for our international wallpaper and distributed fabric categories
- Execute structured launch windows (twice yearly) — from sample receipt to dealer orders within defined timelines
- Travel with the sales team to develop new dealers and deepen relationships with existing ones
- Place and manage stocking wallpaper books across the dealer network
- Lead dealer training on new collections post-launch
- Identify and clear slow-moving inventory through field engagement and strategic placement
- Support new category initiatives (cushion/accessories) through international vendor identification
What We're Looking For
- 6–9 years of experience in home textiles, furnishing fabrics, wallpaper, or décor — ideally with exposure to international brands or distribution
- Strong field sales orientation — comfortable travelling with a sales team and closing commercial conversations with dealers
- Sound knowledge of wallpaper and/or fabric products for dealer and designer training
- Experience managing launch cycles, book placements, and dealer networks
- Commercially sharp — able to balance sell-through velocity with margin discipline
- Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram
