Role Details
Location - Bangalore (Corporate Office)

What would you be doing?
We are looking for a Category Manager – FMCG to own and grow key FMCG categories, drive category performance, and build strong partnerships with brands and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own category P&L, sales, margins, assortment, and overall category growth.
- Develop category strategies based on customer insights, market trends, and competition.
- Manage vendor/brand relationships, negotiations, pricing, and trade terms.
- Drive assortment, promotions, visibility, and inventory to improve category performance.
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Operations teams to deliver business goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, selection, and profitability.
What We’re Looking For
- 4 - 10 years of experience in Category Management, Buying, Merchandising, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of FMCG categories, consumer behaviour, pricing, and margins.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
