💰 CTC: Up to ₹35 LPA
We’re looking for a Category Manager to build and scale a new business line from scratch. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll drive strategy, revenue, and execution end-to-end.
If you enjoy building from zero, closing deals, and solving real business problems, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own category P&L (revenue, growth, profitability)
* Drive client acquisition (Enterprise + SMB)
* Build GTM strategy and execution roadmap
* Set up processes and scale operations
* Hire and lead a high-performing team
Ideal Background:
* 10–12 years in B2B roles (startups / new-age companies)
* Experience in fintech / lending / payments / SaaS
* Proven track record of scaling a business or category
