About the Role
Tetr is building immersive, global summer programs for Gen Alpha and high school students across multiple countries. As Category Manager for Summer Programs, you will own the end-to-end design, execution, and scaling of these experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who loves travel, understands youth culture, and can turn ambitious ideas into tightly run, world-class programs. You will work cross-functionally to build programs that blend entrepreneurship, technology, and global exposure.

Responsibilities
• Own the planning and execution of Tetr’s global summer programs across multiple countries
• Design immersive travel-based experiences including company visits, workshops, and pitch days.
• Manage program timelines, budgets, and on-ground logistics
• Coordinate with partners, vendors, mentors, and local teams across regions
• Ensure a high-quality experience for students from onboarding to program completion
• Gather feedback and continuously improve program design and delivery
• Scale successful program formats across new geographies
Qualifications
• 3 to 4 years of experience in program management, operations, travel, education, or related roles.
• Strong interest in experiential learning, travel, and youth-focused programs
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with Gen Alpha, Gen Z, or student communities
• Background in travel, education, startups, or experiential programs
• Ability to work across time zones and cultures
• Comfort with fast-paced, ambiguous environments
