We’re Hiring: Category Manager – Sustainable Products
Location: Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore (WFO) | Employment Type: Full-Time | Startup Environment

🌟 Role Overview
As our Category Manager – Sustainable Products, you will be the strategic owner of an important product portfolio. You’ll drive growth and profitability across the full product lifecycle — from trend analysis and forecasting to pricing, promotion, and vendor relationships. You will be accountable for revenue performance and help shape long-term category success.
🧠 What You’ll Do
✅ Analyse data and industry insights to understand consumer trends and category performance.
✅ Build strategic plans to grow and optimise product categories.
✅ Own the P&L for your category and make impactful business decisions.
✅ Define product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
✅ Develop exit strategies for underperforming SKUs.
✅ Maintain strong vendor relationships that drive value and quality.
✅ Collaborate with marketing, sales, buyers, and merchandisers.
✅ Forecast demand and manage inventory sustainability.
✅ Manage budgets and revenue goals effectively.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔ Proven experience as a Category Manager or in a similar role managing product segments.
✔ Strong grasp of category management, marketing, sales principles, and forecasting.
✔ Solid data analysis skills and MS Office proficiency.
✔ Analytical thinker with strategic planning capabilities.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Educational background in BBM/BBA or related field.
✔ Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup.
✔ Immediate joiners or within 15 days preferred.
📌 Candidates based in South Bangalore (especially Raja Rajeshwari Nagar or nearby) are highly preferred.
