Responsibilities
- Ensure timely closure of procurement requests as per plant requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance.
- Resolve commercial disputes, claims, and variation orders.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and contractual requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and guide site procurement team / buyers.
- Allocate workload and track performance outcomes.
- Build procurement capability and succession pipeline at site.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of total experience in procurement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Instrumentation)
