Job Overview:

Battery Smart is looking for a leader to aggressively scale and own the 3W BaaS growth

engine. This role is directly accountable for how three-wheeler drivers are acquired, activated,

monetized, and retained on our subscription-based battery platform. This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role responsible for delivering sustained growth across cities while maintaining portfolio quality and unit economics discipline.


What You Will Do:

Driver Onboarding & Activation Systems

● Own the end-to-end funnel for driver acquisition → onboarding → activation.

● Build scalable playbooks for driver conversion across zones and cohorts.

● Drive adoption of subscription-based battery usage through structured programs.

● Ensure strong linkage between onboarding quality and long-term value from each driver.


Multi-City Expansion & Scale

● Own the expansion roadmap for 3W BaaS across cities and micro-markets.

● Identify high-potential cities and corridors for accelerated rollout.

● Build scalable city-launch playbooks that can be replicated across geographies.

● Ensure demand growth is synchronized with infrastructure and supply readiness.

● Drive disciplined ramp-up in new cities while strengthening performance in mature markets.


Field Execution

● Lead execution across zones through Growth Managers and Demand Operations Managers.

● Define clear operating rhythms, weekly execution cadences, and accountability structures.

● Ensure field execution is grounded in real-world constraints and driver behavior.


Demand Operations & Performance Management

● Build demand-side operating systems — dashboards, metrics, and leading indicators.

● Own KPIs such as:

○ Monthly onboarding additions

○ Onboarding target achievement rate

○ Revenue per battery deployed

○ Signup revenue per driver

○ Referral cost per activated driver

○ Channel-wise CAC

○ Onboarding per field executive

● This role carries direct accountability for achieving category growth and revenue targets across cities.

● Drive disciplined performance management across the field org.


Customer Experience & Retention Flywheel

● Deeply understand commercial 3W driver pain points and decision drivers.

● Improve renewal, engagement, and payment discipline through better customer journeys.

● Partner with Product and Ops teams to close experience gaps on-ground.

● Design interventions to reduce drop-offs and improve lifetime value.


Cross-Functional Growth Leadership

Work closely with:

○ Warehouse Operations

○ Product & Tech

○ Supply & Product Development

● Translate business goals into execution-ready field programs.

● Ensure demand growth is synchronized with infrastructure readiness.


What You Will Need

8–15 years of experience in high-execution roles across:

○ Growth

○ Demand Operations

○ Field Sales / Distribution

○ Consumer or Mobility Businesses

○ Proven ability to scale adoption programs in asset-heavy or network businesses.

○ Strong first-principles thinking — able to break down ambiguous problems into scalable systems.


High ownership mindset with comfort in fast-moving, execution-intensive environments.

● Strong analytical rigor with a bias toward data-driven decision-making.

● Experience leading large, multi-layer field organizations

● Clear revenue or target accountability in prior roles
