Responsibilities
1. Lead a sales team and drive revenue generation through strategic space selling within the assigned category.
2. Consistently achieve sales targets as outlined in the AOP.

4. Stay abreast of industry trends, category-specific news, and developments.
5. Leverage insights to tailor sales strategies and ensure relevance in client engagements.
6. Design and execute strategic sales plans aimed at not only meeting but exceeding revenue goals.
7. Ensure sustained growth through innovative and client-centric approaches.
8. Strong background in reporting or editorial work within the same segment (highly preferred).
9. Proven track record of generating revenue through category-specific advertising.
10. Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
11. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to design and execute impactful sales plans.
12. Expand market share by acquiring new clients and unlocking fresh revenue streams.
13. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong on-ground engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or similar sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for results and growth.
- Good understanding of media and advertising trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
