Important: This is an early-career, hands-on execution role. It is not a senior management, consulting, mentoring or advisory position.
This opportunity is suitable for someone who:
ā¢ Wants to start or lead a business in the future
ā¢ Has attempted a startup, D2C brand or online business
ā¢ Can share what they learned from both success and failure
ā¢ Has strong communication and marketing understanding
ā¢ Is comfortable executing work personallyānot only managing others
ā¢ Is highly energetic, resourceful and willing to experiment
ā¢ Can take complete ownership of assigned targets
ā¢ Is interested in health, nutrition, wellness or consumer brands
ā¢ Can work full-time from our Hinjewadi, Pune office

What you will work on:
ā¢ Consumer and competitor research
ā¢ Product and category selection
ā¢ Brand positioning and launch planning
ā¢ Amazon, D2C website and social-media growth
ā¢ Performance marketing and influencer campaigns
ā¢ Customer feedback and product improvement
ā¢ Sales, profitability and growth targets
