Role Responsibilities:
- Track weekly gross margin across different teams and explain any changes.
- Create and maintain dashboards and key performance metrics for business tracking.
- Work closely with success and delivery teams to ensure projects are closed on time and revenue is recorded.
- Identify profit leakage areas such as unused capacity, scope creep, or low-profit clients and highlight them.
- Prepare weekly reports, follow up on action items, and ensure accountability across teams.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, operations, or a fast-paced startup.
- Comfortable working with numbers and interpreting data for decision-making.
- Strong ownership mindset — ensures tasks are completed without constant reminders.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Strong zeal to build a career in the IT industry and understand how its processes work.
