Sales Specialist

Your primary responsibility will be to engage customers who abandon their shopping carts on BigCommerce via proactive text messaging. The goal? Convert those abandoned carts into happy customers by leveraging your knowledge of auto parts and your excellent sales skills. Auto or Gear Enthusiast : You must have a deep passion for cars and auto parts. Whether youve rebuilt engines, upgraded gear, or just love talking shop, your expertise will shine in this role. Sales Savvy : A strong track record in sales, especially in e-commerce or similar customer service roles. Engaging Communicator : You should be confident in text-based interactions, persuasive, and capable of building rapport with customers. Tech-Savvy : Experience with BigCommerce or similar platforms is a plus. Full-time availability. Male preferred but females are also welcome to apply (due to target audience familiarity, though we welcome applications from anyone knowledgeable about auto parts) A genuine passion for cars and / or gear. Strong written communication skills in English.
