What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for users reaching out with questions, feedback, or issues. Your goal? To respond in the most helpful, kind, and efficient way possible. Most of your communication will be written and in English.

You’ll work closely with other teams—product, engineering, and design—to make sure user feedback is heard and acted on. You’ll identify patterns in questions or complaints, share insights with relevant teams, and help improve the product based on what you’re seeing.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Writing and refining help articles, FAQs, and support documentation
  • Responding to product reviews and user feedback on public platforms
  • Monitoring support trends to prevent recurring issues
  • Acting as an internal advocate for users, pushing for clarity, simplicity, and usability
