Bookkeeper/Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team at CatalyzEX. As a Bookkeeper/Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure the company's financial operations run smoothly. Responsibilities: - Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations - Prepare monthly financial statements and reports - Assist with budgeting and forecasting - Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and procedures - Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills - Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
