Job Title: Catalogue Specialist – E-commerce

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Catalogue Specialist to manage product listings and catalog operations across multiple e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify. The ideal candidate should have experience in catalog management, product uploads, listing optimization, and marketplace compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain product listings across marketplaces
- Manage product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, images, and specifications
- Ensure catalog accuracy and consistency across platforms
- Handle bulk uploads using Excel/CSV templates
- Monitor listing suppression, catalog errors, and policy violations
- Coordinate with internal teams for product data, pricing, and inventory updates
- Optimize listings using SEO keywords and marketplace best practices
- Track catalog performance and improve product visibility
- Maintain SKU mapping and product categorization
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams during product launches
Required Skills
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar platforms
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Knowledge of e-commerce catalog operations
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Understanding of SEO for product listings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple SKUs and marketplaces
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management
- Experience in marketplace operations or online retail brands
- Familiarity with PIM tools and bulk listing systems
