Key Responsibilities:- Website Content Management: Regularly update and maintain accurate and detailed information on the website, ensuring all listings are current and complete. This includes data entry and ensuring content is displayed correctly on the platform.
- Catalog Management: Manage and update the product catalog, ensuring that the descriptions, prices, images, and other related details are accurate and consistent across all platforms.
- Data Handling: Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel to organize and track catalog data, and manage the input/output of information effectively. This includes creating and maintaining spreadsheets to support catalog updates.
- Email Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients via email to gather necessary information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth catalog operations.
- Accuracy & Quality Control: Regularly audit and review the catalog entries for consistency, accuracy, and quality. Implement checks to ensure that all information is correct and free from errors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure that the catalog reflects the latest offerings, promotions, and updates.
Key Skills:- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in catalog updates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for organizing and managing data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, especially for email correspondence.
- Good understanding of website content management and cataloging processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under deadlines.
Qualifications:- Minimum Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in catalog management, data entry, or a similar role is preferred.
