Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Catalog Specialist role based in Surat. The Catalog Specialist will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate product listings across digital platforms, including product titles, descriptions, attributes, categories, and images. The role involves coordinating with design, merchandising, photography, and marketing teams to ensure that catalog content is consistent with brand guidelines and collection stories. The Catalog Specialist will monitor catalog quality, identify gaps or errors, and optimize listings for discoverability, conversion, and customer experience. Daily tasks include reviewing product data, analyzing catalog performance, implementing improvements, and supporting new launches and seasonal refreshes.
Qualifications
- Strong catalog operations capabilities, including Catalog Management and Catalogue structuring for multiple product lines or platforms.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess catalog performance, identify data issues, and propose data-driven improvements.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly document catalog requirements and changes.
- Focus on Customer Experience, with the ability to translate product features into clear, user-friendly catalog content.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of product data and metadata.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, product information management (PIM) tools, or marketplace dashboards is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic knowledge of fashion terminology and an interest in ethnic or contemporary apparel is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
