Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Catalog Specialist to manage and optimize product catalogs while ensuring accuracy and a seamless customer experience. Based in New Delhi, this hybrid role allows for both in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Daily responsibilities include overseeing catalog organization, updating product listings, analyzing catalog data, and collaborating with teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product representation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Catalog Management and Catalogue Organization
- Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing and interpreting data to optimize catalog performance
- Effective Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience through accurate and user-friendly catalog interfaces
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and catalog systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related fields
