Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership Catalog Manager to lead Zavya’s end-to-end product catalog across D2C and marketplaces.
This role is not just about uploading SKUs. It is about building a high-converting, premium, scalable catalog engine that drives CTR, CVR, speed-to-market, and brand consistency across every channel.
You will own everything from product creation to optimization — ensuring every listing is visually sharp, SEO-optimized, conversion-focused, and live across platforms with zero compromise on quality.

Key Responsibilities
What You Will Own
1. End-to-End Catalog Management
· Own creation and maintenance of Catalogue across Shopify and marketplaces.
· Ensure accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, attributes, filters, pricing, and metadata.
· Maintain a single source of truth for product data.
· Ensure 100% listing compliance with platform guidelines.
2. Speed-to-Market Excellence
· Target <48 hours TAT from sample approval to product going live.
· Build SOPs, trackers, and internal workflows to reduce bottlenecks.
3. Content & Conversion Optimization
· Write high-quality, SEO-optimized product titles and descriptions aligned with brand voice.
· Analyze product-level metrics (CTR, ATC rate, CVR) and continuously optimize.
· A/B test titles, creatives, and key messaging to improve conversion.
4. Cross-Channel Catalog Expansion
· Adapt catalog for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, TataCliq, Blinkit, etc.
· Understand platform-specific algorithms and attribute mapping.
· Ensure uniform brand positioning while optimizing for each marketplace’s ranking system.
5. Data Hygiene & Reporting
· Own catalog KPIs:
- Live SKU %
- Listing TAT
- Image compliance %
- CTR & CVR by SKU
· Conduct periodic audits to remove duplication, outdated content, and inconsistencies.
· Create structured weekly performance dashboards.
6. Campaign & Launch Readiness
· Prepare catalogs for festive drops, sales, influencer launches, gifting campaigns.
· Create bundles, curated collections, and campaign-specific landing assortments.
· Ensure zero last-minute listing errors during sale periods.
What We’re Looking For
· 3-6 years experience in catalog/product content management for D2C or marketplace brands (fashion/jewellery/beauty preferred).
· Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (bulk uploads, templates, data validation).
· Strong understanding of SEO and conversion optimization.
· Detail-obsessed with zero tolerance for data errors.
· Ability to manage high SKU volumes under tight timelines.
· Strong written English with brand sensitivity.
Bonus If You Have
· Experience improving CTR or CVR via catalog changes.
· Exposure to quick commerce platforms.
· Experience working in a high-growth D2C startup.
· Understanding of basic performance marketing metrics.
