Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Catalog Manager based in Gurugram. The Catalog Manager will oversee and maintain the integrity of the product catalog by managing product listings, ensuring accurate data entry, and updating product specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing catalog performance metrics, optimizing product details for better searchability and visibility, working closely with suppliers to ensure timely updates, and coordinating with internal teams to streamline catalog workflows. Supervising and leading a team while ensuring clear communication and task delegation is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Catalog Management and a strong understanding of maintaining product data quality and accuracy.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to review and optimize product listings for visibility, performance, and customer usability.
- Strong Communication abilities to collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders effectively.
- Team Management and Team Leadership skills to oversee and guide team members, ensuring productivity and goal alignment.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies that streamline catalog management processes.
- Prior experience in B2B e-commerce or marketplace operations is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with relevant work experience in catalog or product management.
