Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Catalog Associate located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Catalog Associate will be responsible for managing and updating product catalogs, ensuring product details and images are accurate, conducting quality checks, and contributing to e-commerce operations. The role includes gathering product-related data, conducting research to maintain an updated catalog, and collaborating with team members to support sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilites
- Upload and manage product listings on the website or marketplace platforms.
- Ensure accurate product information including title, description, pricing, specifications, and images.
- Create SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and keywords.
- Update catalog data such as stock availability, product variants, and pricing.
- Maintain catalog quality by checking for errors, duplicates, and missing information.
- Coordinate with the photography, design, and warehouse teams for product data and images.
- Manage product categories, attributes, and tags for better navigation.
- Monitor product performance and optimize listings for better visibility and conversions.
- Ensure all products comply with platform guidelines and company standards.
- Assist in bulk product uploads using Excel or catalog management tools.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- 0-2 years experience
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in quality control processes
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate across teams
- Experience with E-Commerce operations, data management, and tools
- Ability to perform detailed Research for product descriptions and specifications
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for fashion and jewelry
- Familiarity with online retail platforms and catalog management systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage large product data sets
