Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage product listings across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
- Handle day-to-day marketplace operations for platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, and Flipkart.
- Perform catalog quality checks to ensure accurate and error-free product information.
- Optimize Amazon listings using relevant keywords, titles, and backend search terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace support for smooth catalog operations.
- Monitor and manage inventory and stock updates across platforms.
- Maintain accurate product attributes, specifications, and category mapping.
- Update pricing, offers, and discount details as per business requirements.
- Support A+ Content and enhanced product content creation for better conversions.
- Prepare reports and analyze catalog performance using Excel and marketplace data.
- Coordinate with vendors and marketplace teams for issue resolution and listing approvals.
- Conduct catalog audits and resolve listing errors, suppression issues, and data mismatches.
Requirements
- Candidate should have good knowledge of Excel and e-commerce cataloging processes.
- Prior experience working with marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, and Flipkart is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills are required.
- Basic understanding of SEO, product content optimization, and marketplace standards is an added advantage.

- Handle marketplace operations efficiently for platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, and Flipkart.
- Perform detailed catalog quality audits to ensure accurate product information, attributes, and compliance standards.
- Optimize product listings with SEO-focused titles, bullet points, keywords, and backend search terms to improve visibility and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and marketplace support teams to resolve catalog and operational issues quickly.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and product status to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
- Maintain accurate product attributes, specifications, category mapping, and variation relationships.
- Manage pricing, promotional offers, and discount uploads with high accuracy and timely execution.
- Support A+ Content and enhanced brand content creation to improve customer engagement and product performance.
- Analyze catalog performance, sales trends, and operational reports using Excel and marketplace tools.
- Identify and resolve listing suppressions, catalog mismatches, upload failures, and content-related issues proactively.
- Ensure high-quality execution while managing large catalogs and meeting strict timelines.
Requirements
- Candidate must have strong hands-on experience in e-commerce cataloging and marketplace operations.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, bulk uploads, catalog templates, and data handling is mandatory.
- Prior experience working with Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces is required.
- Strong understanding of SEO, product content optimization, and marketplace listing standards is preferred.
- Candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume catalogs and work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment is essential.
- Experience in fashion or apparel e-commerce will be an added advantage.
