This role is perfect for a bubbly and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring our patients receive top-notch service from the moment they walk in. We are willing and ready to train the right fit! </div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations efficiently.</li>
<li>Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the oral surgery practice</li>
<li>Verify patient insurance and process and post payments accurately</li>
<li>Create custom treatment estimates and review with patients</li>
<li>Handle patient inquiries and provide information about procedures and services offered.</li>
<li>Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality while following HIPAA laws for patient privacy</li>
<li>Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow</li>
<li>Assist in managing office supplies and inventory</li>
<li>Promote a positive and loving atmosphere for all patients and visitors</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Previous experience in a dental/oral surgery or medical office preferred</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Energetic & engaging phone presence</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft & Gmail</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure</li>
<li>Friendly demeanor with a passion for patient care</li>
<li>Team player, willing to cross train or help others within the office if necessary</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Knowledge of the insurance verification processes is desirable</li>
<li>CPR/BLS certification</li>
<li> HIPAA/OSHA training </li>
<li>Bloodborne pathogen training (we can assist with receiving the 3 above listed and required certifications) </li>
